pksolt Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and pksolt ("pksolt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pksolt.one and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the pksolt Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pksolt Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pksolt Privacy Policy and the pksolt Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Access to the pksolt Platform and all associated gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with pksolt or to access any gaming feature on the Platform. pksolt strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the registered payment method (net of any winnings generated), and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the pksolt Platform. pksolt makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. By registering an account, you warrant that your use of pksolt does not contravene any law, regulation, or directive applicable to you.

When registering a pksolt account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) pksolt account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Once your pksolt account is registered and verified, the following terms apply to the ongoing management and use of your account:

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pksolt login credentials, including your registered email address and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pksolt will never contact you to request your password. Any activity that occurs through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you and you will be held responsible for such activity.

In the event that you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your pksolt account, you must notify pksolt customer support immediately at [email protected]. pksolt will take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation, but pksolt accepts no liability for any losses incurred prior to the receipt of such notification.

pksolt operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit copies of your Pakistani CNIC, Passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address and proof of payment method, at any point during your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or when requested by pksolt for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in account restrictions or closure.

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pksolt reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

All financial transactions on the pksolt Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits made to your pksolt account:

pksolt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. pksolt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods on pksolt is PKR 300, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your pksolt account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected. pksolt accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile network operators.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit identified by pksolt will result in the funds being returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals from your pksolt account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month, and will be communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• pksolt targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing timelines.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• pksolt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000, which may extend processing times.
• Any withdrawal request may be declined if pksolt reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

pksolt offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses issued by pksolt carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Not all games on the pksolt Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.

pksolt actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. pksolt reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

While an active bonus is applied to your pksolt account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is PKR 500, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.

Only one bonus may be active on your pksolt account at any given time. Players may not stack or combine bonus offers unless specific terms state otherwise.

All casino games, slot games, live dealer games, and other gaming products available on the pksolt Platform are subject to the following rules:

All RNG-based games on pksolt use certified random number generator technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the theoretical long-term payout rate of each game and are available in each game's information section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, pksolt reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the displayed result will be considered void and the correct result as recorded in pksolt's server logs will prevail. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

Each game on the pksolt Platform carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. pksolt reserves the right to impose account-level bet limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts identified as professional or advantage players.

Live dealer games on pksolt are conducted by real human dealers and streamed in real time. The rules of each live game are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the live casino environment. In cases of live dealer error, the decision of pksolt's games operations team, in consultation with the studio provider, shall be final.

The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activities conducted through the pksolt sportsbook, including cricket, football, tennis, UFC, and all other sports markets:

All bets placed on pksolt are subject to acceptance by pksolt at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated. pksolt reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet without providing a reason.

All odds on the pksolt sportsbook are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in, except in cases of obvious pricing error, which pksolt reserves the right to correct after the fact.

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and does not resume within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Special rules may apply to specific markets including tournament outrights and futures.

For PSL, international Test matches, One Day Internationals, and T20 matches: in the event of a match being abandoned due to weather or other external factors, Dead Ball rules apply and markets may be voided at pksolt's discretion. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined, due to data feed delays, will be void.

The maximum payout per single bet settlement on pksolt is PKR 5,000,000 (Five Million Pakistani Rupees), unless a higher limit has been explicitly approved for a specific market. This limit applies regardless of the odds or stake involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pksolt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one pksolt account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the pksolt Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pksolt Platform without express written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or system for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information when placing sports bets.
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider on deposits made to pksolt.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your pksolt account on your behalf.
• Accessing pksolt via a VPN, proxy server, or other means designed to obscure your true geographic location.

pksolt is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pksolt account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pksolt account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break from gaming by activating a cool-down period of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days.

All content available on the pksolt Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, and the pksolt brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pksolt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pksolt Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pksolt content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pksolt software.
• Use the pksolt name, logo, or branding in any context not expressly authorised in writing.
• Create derivative works based on any pksolt content.

Any unauthorised use of pksolt intellectual property will be treated as an infringement and pksolt reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pksolt's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pksolt Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pksolt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pksolt shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond pksolt's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to your own negligence, breach of these Terms, or failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

pksolt provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

pksolt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pksolt account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Identification of prohibited or fraudulent activity.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement direction to close the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.

Upon closure of your account for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, pksolt reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by pksolt for operational reasons not related to player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your pksolt account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets or unsettled wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to you following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

pksolt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, pksolt will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pksolt Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pksolt holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pksolt Platform that cannot be resolved through pksolt's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

In the first instance, any complaint relating to the pksolt Platform should be submitted to the pksolt customer support team at [email protected]. pksolt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by pksolt's customer support team, you may escalate your complaint to pksolt's compliance department by clearly stating "Formal Complaint — Escalation" in the subject line of your email. pksolt's compliance team will provide a final position letter within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the escalated complaint.
